So 60 days ago you took a leap of faith. No big surprise there as your whole life you have been taking leaps of faith. Like anything else you have done you began optimistic, focused and determined. This time however this journey was about you regaining control and reclaiming you!

In Fact in spite of the chaos and pain you experienced you have an even stronger focus on your well-being and on your family’s needs. The “YES” person you use to be has now shifted inward to yourself and your family, people pleasing is an added habit you kicked in this life cleansing process.
You are able to handle life and say no where it is critical, while still being kind and generous of spirit to all, especially saying yes to yourself. I am extremely proud of the new you. Not only do you feel stronger and healthier (lighter too) which in its self is amazing, but more rewarding and everlasting are the positive life habits you have gained. You lost nothing but gained everything wrapped in a new beautiful package!
