Lost 23 lbs & 31 inches
Besides the need to lose 30 plus pounds I decided to join the Isagenix 60 day challenge because I was tired of waking up several times a night with severe leg cramps followed by a day of no energy and having a headache every day by noon.
Fast forward 60 days and the challenge is now complete. Head aches and leg cramps are now all gone along with 23 pounds and a total of 31 inches. The pounds, inches, cramps and headaches lost has been awesome but for me it is more about about what I gained. A new lifestyle full of energy and great products that I love.
Great products that got me through long road trips driving 14 hrs a day with no junk food. Products that got me through the stress of losing of a long time family pet with no impulse eating. Products that allow me to get more hours of restful sleep to wake up fresh and ready to face another day. Products that will forever be a favorite part of my day from a nice warm cup of ionix supreme to start my day off right to the chocolaty guiltless pleasure of an Isa delight.
It is hard to believe that things that taste that great are actually good for you.
I love the new me and I look forward to the next 30 days and beyond and to reaching new goals and maintaining this new found awesome life!
