Lost 33 Lbs, went from a 1X to size 10!

Over the past 8 years I have been to hell and back! I've had 8 major abdominal surgeries and one laproscopic surgery. I've been on the Isagenix products for 2 years and can honestly say I feel better now than I did 20 years ago!!

I used to come home from my part time work and lay on the couch until I had to make supper for my family and then it was right back to the couch until bedtime!

I've gotten these results mostly without exercise. I was doing push-ups and sit-ups until my surgeon said I was no longer allowed any ab exercises. I am now restricted to walking, biking and light weights and I'm accepting my new limitations. Thank goodness for this amazing nutrition!!
